Knob Creek 9 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Knob Creek is a small batch bourbon produced by Jim Beam, distilled in a more traditional style and aged 9 nine years. Knob Creek Bourbon was named after a little creek that runs just south of the distillery, the same creek that ran by Abraham Lincoln's childhood home.

Aroma

This whiskey is aged the longest of the Small Batch Bourbons, 9 years, in charred American white oak, it strikes the senses with a maple sugar aroma.

Taste

There are notes of candy floss and nut oil, a touch of spice and dark chocolate, a little spice and charred oak. Distinctive sweetness and rich, full-bodied flavor. Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is perfect straight or cooled slightly with one or two ice cubes.

Finish

This bourbon finishes long with a touch of dryness, there are notes of nut oils and vanilla spice.
