Aroma
Figs, nuts, dry spices. Then big oak, hints of peppermint, butterscotch and black pepper. Cherry juice, subtle wood, elegant, not overwhelming.
Taste
This whiskey greets your palate with cocoa, rye spices, buttery toffee, tangy, puckering rye and oak interplay.
Finish
A single barrel whiskey that finishes with berries, rye, lightly bitter oak, toffee, vanilla, coffee beans, pepper, corn. Incredible. A lot of character.
